Our Pacific Decaf is composed of the best Arabicas and Robustas from different producing countries to form a Grand Cru Assemblages. It is roasted traditionally in the Italian style in the heart of our roasting workshop in Meyrin. The Robusta gives it all the crema needed to embellish your cup, then the Arabicas, thus forming the rich and powerful aromas of Honduras and Nicaragua, lend themselves wonderfully to a traditional espresso.
Composed of 90% Arabicas grown in the highlands of Honduras and Nicaragua and 10% Robusta from Vietnam to balance our Grand Cru Assemblages, this coffee is a pleasure from the morning to brighten up your day.
With a blond roast, our decaffeinated Grand Cru Assemblage is described as restful, relaxing, excellent and simple. With notes of cocoa, toasted cereals, toast or caramel, this Grand Cru blend is a perfect ally for a smooth and balanced decaffeinated coffee.
