The Hario manual wooden coffee grinder has ceramic grinding wheels. Ceramic grinding wheels reduce heat during grinding so as not to overpower the aromas of the ground grain. They also allow a more homogeneous grinding, in order to have it more adjusted and regulated. With capacity of 40G, the elements of screw, stopper, handle, nut are made of steel. Its body and cover are made of natural wood. This coffee grinder is ideal for "filter coffee" so called "slow coffee" preparations, such as V60, Chemex, piston and many others. Small in size, precise in manual work, the Hario 40G grinder is ideal for all small kitchens.

Très beau moulin qui décore à merveille la cuisine, en plus de son efficacité. le café moulu peut de plus rester quelques jour dans le moulin, car le récupérateur est équipé d'un joint hermétique, empêchant un maximum l'air de circuler. Je suis ravie et je ne peux que recommander du point de vue rapport-qualité-prix.
